This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets forth of how Greater Kilimanjaro Development Sdn Bhd (“GKD”) and ARKS Worldwide Consultancy Pte Ltd (“ARKS”), (collectively, herein be referred as “GKD-ARKS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manage information, whether true or not, that can be associated with, or which relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”). This Policy acts in accordance the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) of Singapore and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and applies to all our services and activities and any associated services and activities (“Purposes”).
This Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, store, disclose or process personal data for our purposes, and disclosing such personal data to our authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Policy.

- Government Agencies and Ministries, and of delegates, point-of-contacts and authorised representatives of such government agencies and ministries
- State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and other organisations, and of employees, agents, and authorised representatives of such SOEs and other organisations
- Third Party Service Provider Companies and of employees, agents, and authorised representatives of such third party service providers
- Users of our website

- Consultancy
- Any other purposes for which you or your authorised representative have provided the information
- Any other incidental purposes related to or in connection with the above.
We may disclose your personal data:
- Where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our purposes requested by you or your authorised representative.
- To third parties such as government agencies, ministries, state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and/or other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions with reference to the abovementioned purposes.

In such situations, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate levels of protection necessary to maintain the security and integrity of your personal data are in place and that any transferred data is processed only in accordance with the PDPA, GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws.

- An access request for access to a copy of the personal data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data.
- A correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you.
- A deletion request to obliterate or delete any of your personal data which we hold about you, except that we are not obligated to do so if we need to retain such information for our business purposes or any other associated purposes.
However, the abovementioned request(s) will be denied if you did not provide satisfactory proof of identity.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
