Design and build affordable housing units in two (2) districts in the Dodoma Region in Tanzania
Up to 9,000 housing units of different design types
Comprise 2-bedroom/ 3-bedroom/ 4-bedroom types
Include basic amenities such as shophouses, markets, neighbourhood parks and playgrounds
Develop and implement three (3) Solar Power Energy Plants in three (3) different regions in Tanzania
Develop and implement the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system in major cities of Tanzania
Develop and build 378MW Gas-Powered Energy Plant in Tanzania.
